SHUTTLE SERVICE 

Shuttles will be available from most area hotels and convenient pickup locations (Water St & 2nd Ave/Water St & 7th Ave) in Eau Claire.  Departure times are approximate - please be ready for the shuttle 10-15 minutes prior to departure. Shuttle passes will be available for purchase at all pickup points. EXACT CASH ONLY PLEASE.

3-Day Pass: $40 per person
1-Day Pass: $15 per person

DRIVING DIRECTIONS & PARKING 

Centrally located and near many Eau Claire attractions, the Country Jam USA festival grounds is easy to find by driving and has convenient parking options.

Parking is $15 per day/$40 for 3 days in the general parking lot. Parking can be purchased at the event only.

Handicap Parking is located in the main parking lot on Crescent Ave, with shuttle service to the main gate.   

VIP Tickets include parking in the Paulina Street parking lot. 

NOTE:  VIP PARKING DOES NOT HAVE HANDICAP SERVICES.  RIDES DOWN THE HILL ON GOLF CARTS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED. 

If you need assistance getting down the hill, you will need to park in the Main Cresent Ave lot and take the Handicap Shuttle service down the hill.  

LYFT/UBER/TAXI SERVICES 

The best way to use rideshare services is to grab a shuttle from a pick up location.  At the end of the night, take the shuttle back and call the rideshare service from there.  
Traffic near the festival grounds is heavy and rideshare services tend to be very slow.  Plus, if you take the shuttle, we drop you off at the front gate (no hill!).

If you are not taking the shuttle, drop off and pick up is located at the main parking lot and will be marked with directional signs.
