2020 Refund Information

We’re sad we won’t see you at Country Jam this year.

  • Refunds were available from June 7-July 8, 2020.  Begining July 9, 2020 all tickets were rolled to Country Jam 2021.  
  • Ticket orders over 120 days could not be refunded directly to the credit card used for purchase.  Checks were mailed for your entire order.  Checks are processed manually and can take up to 30 days to process and be mailed. We are a small organization, so please have paitence as we process these orders If you have not recieved your check by August 1st, please email info@countryjamwi.com.
  •  Ticket refunds and transfers were processed as they were received.  This process may take up to 30 days.  You will receive an email confirmation once the request has been completed.  Please allow 3 - 5 days after the email for a refund to be posted to your account for credit card refunds and up to 30 days for check processing.
  • All ticket prices and fees were refunded on canceled orders.
  • Once refunded, orders cannot be reinstated.
  • Once transferred to Country Jam 2021, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • ​Transferred Tickets will have the same seats and/or campsite for next year’s event.  If you would like to request an upgrade, please emai us at info@countryjamwi.com and we will get back to you with options.
  • Refunds could only be issued to the credit card used on the original transaction.  If the card was no longer active, lost, or compromised, the funds may reroute to the bank account that the card is associated with.
