• Makes his directorial debut with the music video for “Drowning” - filmed in both Richmond, VA and during his first headlining show in Las Vegas in nearly two years as fans raised their phones to light the arena as the performance served to honor the victims and fellow survivors of Route 91 Harvest Festival.

• 8th studio album coming soon, the follow-up to back-to-back #1 LPs Losing Sleep and I’m Comin’ Over. The upcoming record also includes “Town Ain’t Big Enough” with Lauren Alaina and “Drowning,” which had over 1.2 million streams in its first week of release.

• In addition to an annual scholarship for recording industry students at MTSU, Chris is funding the renovation of an on campus live entertainment venue. The Chris Young Café will be a teaching and performance venue for students of the university.

• Chris hosted “The 3rd Annual Th3 Legends Cast For a Cure Big Bass Tournament” raising over 80k for the T.J. Martell Foundation, the music industry’s leading foundation to fund innovative cancer research.

• His Losing Sleep 2018 World Tour included more than 55 arena and amphitheater dates, incl. his SOLD OUT first-ever hometown headlining show at Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena for nearly 14k people!

• A global ambassador for country music, Chris has entertained international audiences over the last 6 years and was honored with the British Country Music Award for International Act of the Year in 2014.. This year he brought his tour to the UK with stops in London, Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham.
