Campground Rules

• All campers, tents, and patrons must be out of the campground by 12pm on Sunday.
• Pets are not allowed in the campgrounds; service dogs are allowed with valid credentials.
• Campfires are allowed, but only with a fire ring. Fire rings are not provided so bring your own if you have one. Burning restrictions can change daily and will be enforced.
• For the safety of patrons, please limit driving and vehicle usage within the campgrounds. 
• Lost and found is located at the campground check-in gate, please inquire there if you have lost any items. There is a separate lost and found at the main gate in the festival grounds.
• If your camper does not fit on your campsite, you will be be required to purchase a new site to accomodate your unit. Relocation dependant on available sites.
• Please be respectful of your neighbors and campsite boundaries. Each campsite is limited to a maximum of 6 people.
• You are allowed one sleeping unit and one driving unit per site. Vehicle passes will be given at check-in and must be properly on display. If your sleeping unit is an RV (where your vehicle is considered your sleeping unit), you may have an extra vehicle. All vehicles without a driving pass will be towed from the campgrounds at the expense of the owner of the vehicle.
  Additional vehicles must purchase an Extra Vehicle parking pass for the weekend and will be required to park in the overflow lot. Cars displaying the Extra Vehicle pass, but not parked in the correct area, will be towed at the owner of the vehicle’s expense.
  No parking on campsite roads at any time. All additional vehicles must purchase Overflow Parking permits and park in the designated area for Overflow Parking.
• The campground has a 2am-8am quiet time that will be enforced. No generators or amplified music are permitted.
• Please leave your campsite in the same condition that you found it in. Use the garbage bags supplied at check-in. All full trash bags should be tied and placed in the dumpster or trash can before exiting the campground. Extra bags will be available at the campground check-in gate.
• Camper water filling services can be arranged for a fee through Cesspool Cleaners (715) 577-9740. Camper pump out service can be arranged for a fee through Cesspool Cleaners (715) 577-9740.
• 24-hour security will be provided by the Eau Claire Police Department and Country Jam USA Security in all camping areas. Country Jam is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to any person or property.
• No weapons or fireworks are allowed on the property. It will be confiscated by security, and possession of these items may result in your removal from the grounds. Security may conduct a search at any time.
• We reserve the right to eject any patron for any of the following: incorrect credentials, excess garbage on campsite, tampering of campsite, drinking and driving, excessive drinking, unruly behavior, excessive noise, unauthorized sale of food, beverages, or merchandise on site, or conduct that is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive to management.
• In the event of severe weather, a warning will be issued by patrol cars and onsite security. Please follow the instructions given. If you need to be notified for an emergency, your family should contact the City of Eau Claire Police Dept.
• Please make sure to check Country Jam’s social media for any updates regarding weather or time changes throughout the festival
• Please limit the amount of glass that you bring to the festival.
